Digital Refund Policy

When we will help

Contact us within 30 days if a file is defective, cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting, is duplicated in the same order, or is materially different from the product description. We may repair the file, restore access, replace it, or issue an appropriate refund.

Change of mind

Digital files cannot be physically returned. After digital access is supplied under the delivery schedule shown at checkout, change-of-mind refunds may be limited where applicable law permits. Checkout asks for consent to digital fulfillment. Mandatory consumer rights always remain in force.

How to request review

Use the support form and include the order reference, the affected product, and a clear description of the problem. Do not send card information.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our control.

Abuse

We may refuse repeated or fraudulent claims, attempts to redistribute files, or requests inconsistent with payment records, subject to applicable law.
